I'm Ash! I'm a cosmaker and wig maker since 2010. I work with a team of skilled cosplayers to provide you custom wigs and small props for your cosplay.
How to Order
1. Send in your request via Google form2. You will be contacted by us and receive a labor quote. After the labor quote is confirmed, we will discuss material prices (links will be provided).3. You will be asked to pay 50% of the labor quote + materials. Payment is possible via either PayPal or bank transfer.4. We start working on your commission. You will be sent work in progress pictures during the process if applicable.5. If you are happy with the final product, shipping prices will be discussed. Prices will depend on weight and volume of the wig.6. You will be asked to transfer the other 50% of the labor quote + shipping.7. The wig will be shipped in the following working days, tracking number and shipping information will be provided.
Terms of Service
PRICING- The full price consist of:
labor quote (split into two payments)
+ material cost
+ shipping fee- The upfront payment (first 50% of labor quote + material cost) is not refundable.- The commission request will be confirmed after this upfront payment is correctly received.- The wig will be shipped only after the full payment is correctly received.- In case of a tight deadline, an urgency fee will be requested. Fees will range between 10% to 100% of the labor price, depending on the requested date and how busy we are.WORK PROCESS- If no specific deadline is stated, the work process will take at least two months, starting from the confirmation of the commission until the day the final product is shipped.- We will provide limited pictures of the process to allow the customer to make specific changes while the wig is being styled. Multiple time consuming changes may be done under additional fees. Please note that work in progress pictures are not going to reflect the full product. We kindly ask you to “trust the process”.- Every wig is handmade and thus unique. It’s possible to replicate old commissions but we cannot guarantee a precise copy of an old work. Traces of hairspray, glue, and other materials are to be expected.- It's impossible to copy another stylist’s work or style.- We will use the safest shipping option possible for your destination. This includes, if applicable, tracking and insurance.- The wigs aren’t done on a first-come-first-serve basis.They’re done in order of current possibilities of the stylist.GENERAL CONDUCT & RECEIVING THE FINISHED WIG- Discussions will only be held via our business e-mail ([email protected])- Please limit the communication to commission-relevant topics. We appreciate short and precise information.- Verbal and sexual abuse will not be tolerated.- Do not claim the commission as your own work.- It's not necessary to credit the wigmaker under any picture posted on social media, but highly appreciated regardless.- We aren't liable for any misuse or miscare of the wig after you received it. However we are happy to provide tips and replies to any care question at any given time.- Commission pics and videos may be used for portfolio and social media content. Customers will not be tagged unless specifically requested. We cannot tag private profiles.- In case the commission could not be completed by the stylist because of personal reasons, a full refund will be emitted. We don't provide full refunds for any other reason.BREACH OF TERMS OF SERVICE- In case of breach of terms of service, we are free to break the contract and stop work on the commission with no refund. This will not happen without a warning.

It depends on the volume and where you’re from. The commission will be shipped from Germany with an insured, tracked package. We will give an estimated time of arrival when we book the shipping, but it may vary.Why is it so expensive?
We are a team of experienced cosplayers and costume artists. It took us a lot of time and money to learn how to do this, and it takes a lot of time and money to style a wig under request.Can I ask for a rate but change my mind?
You can, your commission will be confirmed only after the first payment takes place. You’re completely free to change your mind or backtrack if we are out of budget, however we kindly ask you to be open and not waste our time.Can I ask for a prop to go with the wig?
